BBQ Set - Knife and Fork

This BBQ set contains a 250 mm high carbon steel slicer aswell as a high carbon steel BBQ fork.

The slicer is hand forged from 80CrV2 high carbon steel and measures 252x50 mm. It has a slight convex bevel aswell as a distal taper throughout the blade. 

The fork is also hand forged but from SS 2090 high carbon steel. It measures 295 mm from tip to end and is 31 mm at it's widest section. 

They both have matchning handles made from rosewood with elforyn bolsters. The knife has a D-shaped handle and the fork has a semi oval one.
