Pairing knife 22x75 mm high carbon Steel

Here’s a neat little pairing knife. The blade is hand forged from a Swedish high carbon steel called 26C3. This steel was originally developed to make razors and therefore makes for a hard and extremily sharp edge. 

The handle is made from masur birch with an ebony bolster.
