Here's a thin and light gyuto in a classic Japanese style. The blade is made from the very popular Swedish stainless steel 14C28N and the handle is made from a stabilized exotic burl with bolster from wenge.
The blade features a distal taper throughout it aswell as a slight convex bevel.
