A classic bunka knife forged from 80CrV2 high carbon steel. The bunka is a popular Japanese utility knife and is often classed as a combination between the gyuto and nakiri. I'm personaly a big fan of the bunka profile.
The blade has a forged in distal tappar throughout it aswell as a slight convex bevel. The handle is made from ebony with an elforyn spacer and has a classic Japanese octagonal shape.
