Here's a sweet BBQ-knife perfect for slicing up meat at the summer barbecues!
The blade is forged from 80CrV2 high carbon steel and the handle is made from stabilized elm burl with a micarta bolster. It has a slight convex grind aswell as a distal taper throughout the blade.
